Flyer from Arby's

Not too long ago, the boys and I ran through the Arby's drive thru for lunch. In my bag was a most interesting flyer. It had the Arby's logo and a picture of the American flag with people holding hands in front of it.

Here is how it read:

Stop government stealing! Speak up today and everyday to protect our heritage of civil liberties and private property rights.

Tell everyone that you will not tolerate the theft of private property and theft of private investments that our government is currently unconstitutionally engaged in.

Defend those under attack, and support those who will risk everything to fight for your freedoms.

I found this interesting because it is a reminder that I'm not the only one outraged at what is happening in our government right now. When fast food restaraunts are stuffing your bag with these messages, you know it is bad!

We can feel powerless to do anything, thus leading us to do nothing. But we actually do have power. We can make a difference by making our voice heard. Flood the emails and voicemails of your representatives. If they want to be re-elected, they will listen to their constituents. If enough of us do it, it will make a difference.
